By using PlumeriaGuide.com — including the Plumeria AI assistant and a My Garden account — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. That's the whole ceremony.

PlumeriaGuide.com provides free plumeria growing guides and a free AI assistant ("Lani", the Plumeria AI). Signing in with Google is optional and free; it adds saved plants, saved conversations, rooting journeys and localized advice. We may change, limit (for example with fair-use rate limits) or discontinue features at any time — it's a free service run by a small family business.

Lani's answers are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete, outdated or plain wrong, even when they sound confident. They are general gardening information, not professional advice, and you use them at your own judgment. In particular: photo diagnoses are educated guesses from an image, not lab results; never rely on the AI for anything affecting human or animal health, pesticide or chemical use, or legal/financial decisions. When something matters, verify it — or email a real person at [email protected].

PlumeriaGuide.com doesn't sell anything. Plants and cuttings are sold by Just Plumerias at justplumerias.com, and any purchase — including the 3-month rooting guarantee — is governed by the terms presented there, not by anything the AI says. The AI cannot create, extend or waive any guarantee or policy.

• Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity under your sign-in.
• What you save (plants, notes, photos' diagnosis text, conversations) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run the service for you.
• Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to probe or overload the service, to scrape it wholesale, or to try to make the AI produce someone else's personal data.
• You can delete your account and all its data at any time from My Garden. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

The guides, text, photos and design of this site belong to the Just Plumerias family (or are used with permission). You're welcome to read, link and quote reasonably with attribution; please don't republish whole guides as your own.

The site and the AI are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limits, so parts may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
